Kevin Fogg, a native of Slidell, Louisiana, was a three-time All-Gulf South Conference and two-time ABCA All-Region performer for the Lions. A career .331 hitter and a member of the Southeastern 1970’s All-Decade Team, Fogg helped the Lions to the 1975 Division II World Series, leading that year’s Lions with five home runs and a .356 batting average.

While Fogg’s induction was the result of his exploits on the diamond, he was a two-sport athlete who also played three years on the Lion basketball team. He led SLU in assists in each of his final two seasons and his 16 assists in a 102-81 win over Pikeville College on Dec. 7, 1974 are still a single-game school record.
