Southeastern Louisiana University Strength and Conditioning program is fully committed to providing a competitive sport-specific and comprehensive programs for enhancing all aspects of athleticism in a safe and professional environment.

Southeastern Louisiana University Strength & Conditioning is all encompassing in our program design to promote movement pattern efficiency:

All of these are key components in developing a highly-skilled collegiate athlete.

The strength & conditioning staff provides year-long periodized training, which uses a wide range of modalities to challenge the athlete in each and every training session.

The strength and conditioning staff expects great attitudes, hard work, accountability and total effort from each individual student-athlete for each training session.  We develop the total-athlete physically, mentally and spiritually. We believe by challenging and preparing the student-athletes for Division-1 sports, this will translate to each becoming a positive and productive member of society.
