Southeastern Louisiana University Athletics

Yost, a native of Diamond Bar, California, was a standout defender for the Lady Lions from 2003-06, contributing to a pair of Southland Conference regular season championships. As a senior, she was named Southland Conference Player of the Year after helping SLU record 11 shutouts and allow just two goals in league play and was rewarded for her performance in the classroom as the league’s Student-Athlete of the Year. A three-time All-Southland Conference selection, Yost was a first team All-Louisiana choice as a senior. She also earned third team NSCAA All-South Region scholar notice and was twice named to the Southland Conference All-Academic team. In 2015, Yost was selected to the program’s 20^th Anniversary Team.
