Senior Season (2025):
Qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor National Championship East First Round in the 400-meter hurdles... Advanced from the first round to the national quarterfinal race for the second straight year by breaking her own SLU outdoor school record in the 400-meter hurdles by stopping the clock in 57.35 seconds... Southland Conference Champion & First Team All-Conference in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles... All-Conference Second Team during both the indoor and outdoor seasons as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team... Part of the SLU 4x400-meter relay team which broke the school record with a time of 3:42.07 at the Strawberry Relays, then reset the record two weeks later with a time of 3:40.46 at the LSU Alumni Gold... Ran the 60-meter, 200-meter, and 400-meter dashes during the indoor season,,, Lone 60-meter time was 8.15 seconds at the LSU Twilight... Finished only attempt at the 200-meter dash in 26.15 seconds at the Vulcan Invitational hosted by Alabama-Birmingham... Best 400-meter dash time was 55.34 seconds at the SLC Indoor Championships... Ran 100-meter hurdles for only time of the season at the Strawberry Relays, clocking in at 14.77 seconds... Named to the Southland Conference All-Academic First Team... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Junior Season (2024):
Qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor National Championship East First Round in the 400-meter hurdles where she advanced out of the first round race to the National Quarterfinals... Broke the decade-old SLU Women's Outdoor 400-Meter Hurdles record in the finals at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships by crossing the line in 57.52 seconds, earning her a silver medal & All-SLC Second Team honors in the process... Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team at Samford's Bulldog Invitational which broke the SLU Indoor Record by completing the relay in 3:45.21... Won the silver medal & earned All-Conference Second Team honors in the 400-meter dash at the SLC Indoor Championships, stopping the clock in 54.45 seconds in the conference final... Fastest 400-meter dash time came at Southern's Pelican Relays, finishing in 5442 seconds... Quickest time in the 200-meter dash came on the home track at the Strawberry Relays, finishing in 24.79 seconds... Best time in the 60-meter sprint was 7.97 seconds at the LSU Twilight indoor meet... Named the SLC's Women's Track Athlete of the Week on March 20
th after winning the 400-meter hurdle race at the Louisiana Classics while helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a third place finish as well... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Sophomore Season (2023):
Made her debut for Southeastern at the LSU Purple Tiger indoor meet, finishing the 60-meter sprint in 8.23 seconds and completing her only 600-meter run of the season in 1:43.85... Ran her fastest time of the season in the 200-meter dash at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships, crossing the line in 25.50 seconds... Ran her fastest 400-meter dash time of the year at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships by crossing the line in 55.90 seconds in the final for a seventh place finish... Her fastest time in the 400-meter hurdles on the year came at the Pelican Relays, taking first place with a time of 1:02.93... Was part of the 4x400-meter relay teams that finished seventh at the SLC Indoor Championships & fourth at the SLC Outdoor Championships... Also took part in the 4x100-meter relay at the SLC Outdoor Championships, helping the team take home a seventh place finish... Was named to the SLC Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from the University of New Orleans... Ran with the Jaguars Track Club... Best times there were 57.31 seconds in the 400-meter dash and 25.49 seconds in the 200-meter dash... Prepped at Baton Rouge Magnet High... Ran a 57.09 in the 400-meter dash while with the Bulldogs... Also ran a 25.49 in the 200-meter dash during high school... Was a member of DECA and the National Honor Society.

Born November 22, 2002 in Baton Rouge... Daughter of Daniel & Ngozi Nwanze... Is an only child... Enjoys painting & cooking... Most exciting event she's witnessed was the 2022 Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays... Biggest sports thrill is going to NBA games... Majors in integrative biology at SLU.
