Graduate Season (2025):
Southland Conference Champion, gold medalist, & All-Conference First Team in the 110-meter hurdles at the SLC Outdoor Championships as he ran a season-best time of 14.04 seconds in the finals to take the gold... Earned a silver medal & All-Southland Conference Second Team in the 60-meter hurdles at the SLC Indoor Championships... Broke his own SLU school record in the indoor 60-meter hurdles when he crossed the line in 7.91 seconds at the Vulcan Invitational indoor meet, hosted by Alabama-Birmingham... Quickest time in the 400-meter hurdles came in the Pelican Relays outdoor meet at Southern when he stopped the clock in 52.54 seconds... Also ran the 200-meter dash at the Pelican Relays, his only non-hurdles, non-relay race of the season, in 22.31 seconds... Was part of the SLU 4x100-meter relay team which had a season-best time of 41.22 seconds at the LSU Alumni Gold meet... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Senior Season (2024):
Competed in five meets for the Lions... Started season by tying his own SLU school record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.04 seconds while setting two other season bests at the LSU Purple Tiger, crossing the line in 7.11 seconds in the 60-meter dash & 1:44.98 in the 600-meter run, earning the Southland Conference Male Track Athlete of the Week award for those efforts... Suffered injury at the Samford Open which took him out for the remainder of the indoor season and into the outdoor season... Returned at the Keyth Talley Invitational at LSU to run in the 4x400-meter relays... Returned to individual action at the SLC Outdoor Championships, taking fifth-place in the 400-meter hurdles... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Junior Season (2023):
Earned a silver medal & All-Southland Conference Second Team honors in the 110-meter hurdles at the SLC Outdoor Championships... Earned a silver medal & All-Southland Conference Second Team honors in 60-meter hurdles as he broke the SLU school record in the conference finals by stopping the clock in 8.04 seconds... Made his Southeastern debut at the LSU Purple Tiger, qualifying for the final of the 60-meter hurdles competition... Ran two season bests at the McNeese Indoor #2, 23.26 second in the 200-meter dash & 52.88 seconds in the 400-meter dash... Ran the 100-meter dash, 110-meter hurdles, & 400-meter hurdles in the outdoor season with all three season bests coming on the home track at the Strawberry Relays, clocking in at 11.07 seconds in the 100-meter dash, 14.22 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles, & 52.70 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles...Was part of two 4x400-meter relay teams during the season.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern after two seasons at McNeese State... Best 60-meter hurdles time while with the Cowboys was 8.27 seconds at the 2021 Southland Conferenec Indoor Championships... Best 110-meter hurdle time at McNeese was 14.33 seconds at the 2021 Tom Tellez Invitational... Quickest 400-meter hurdle time at McNeese was 56.49 seconds at the 2021 Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays... Only career 100-meter dash was 11.43 seconds at the 2021 LSU Boots Garland Invitational... Quickest 200-meter dash time while at McNeese also came at the 2021 LSU Boots Garland Invitational, crossing the line in 22.67 seconds... Also ran two 4x400-meter relays for the Cowboys in 2021... Prepped at North DeSoto High in Stonewall, La... Was a two-year captain on the track & field team for the Griffins... Was state runner-up in the 110-meter hurdles... Took third place in state meet in the 300-meter hurdles... Ran the 110-meter hurdles in 14.69 seconds while in high school... Personal best in the 300-meter hurdles during high school was 39.93 seconds... Earned championships in the district & region.

Born May 22, 2002 in Shreveport, La.... Son of Olufolabo & Natashia Ogunyemi... Father, Olufolabo, played basketball at Wiley College... Enjoys playing video games & basketball... Most exciting athletic event he's witnessed was watching Grant Holloway break 13 seconds for the first time in the 110-meter hurdles... Majors in business management at SLU.
