Senior Season (2025):
Earned All-Southland Conference Second Team honors in the shot put for the outdoor season... Earned All-Southland Conference Third Team honors in the shot put for the indoor season... Qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor National Championship East First Round in the shot put... Broke the Southeastern outdoor school record in the shot put in a tune-up meet for the NCAA Outdoor Championships East First Round, making a throw of 18.70 meters (61'4.25") at the Tucson Throws Elite Classic... Competed in nine meets during the season, making throws in the weight throw, shot put, hammer throw, & discus throw... Best throw in weight toss was 15.98 meters (52'5.25") at the SLC Indoor Championships... Longest toss in hammer throw was 45.42 meters (149'0") at the SLC Outdoor Championships... Season's only discus throw was also at the SLC Outdoor Championships with his best toss being 45.62 meters (149'8")... Named the SLC's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 26 after winning the shot put competition at the LSU Twilight meet with a throw of 17.54 meters (57'6.5")... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll & All-Acaemic Second Team.
Junior Season (2024):
Earned All-Southland Conference Third Team honors in the shot put for both the outdoor & indoor seasons... Had his best throw of the season at the SLC Outdoor Championships, launching the shot 18.14 meters (59'6.25") for a bronze medal finish... Qualified for the NCAA Division I National Championship East First Round in the shot put... Also earned a bronze medal at the SLC Indoor Championships in the shot put with a throw of 17.28 meters (56'8.5")... Competed in 11 total meets during his first season at Southeastern... Also competed in the discus throw competition throughout the season... Best toss in discus also came at the SLC Outdoor Championships, covering 46.58 meters (152'10")... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from South Plains College... Finished sixth in the shot put at the NJCAA Outdoor National Championships as a sophomore with a throw of 17.29 meters (56'8.75")... Finished ninth in discus throw at the NJCAA Outdoor National Championships with a toss of 48.25 meters (158'4")... Finished fourth in shot put at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships as a sophomore with a throw of 17.07 meters (56'0")... Finished ninth in both discus & shot put at the NJCAA Outdoor National Championships as a freshman... Was fourth in shot put as a freshman at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships... Prepped at Jamaica College in Kingston, Jamaica... Was named the most improved athlete at his school.

Has eight siblings - Deneisha, Delmoy, Conray, Sashna, Linroy, Linzel, Jr., Kemroy, & Akeem...Enjoys watching TV & working out... Biggest sports thrill is watching a world record get broken... Most exciting athletic event he's witnessed is the 2019 World Championships in shot put... Majors in business at SLU.
