Senior Season (2024):
Competed in five meets for the Lady Lions... Fastest 60-meter sprint of the year came at Samford's Bulldog Invitational, finishing in 8.15 seconds... Only 100-meter dash of the season came at Southern's Pelican Relays, crossing the line in 12.96 seconds... Fastest 400-meter dash of the season came at Samford's Bulldog Invitational, coming home in 59.95 seconds... Only 600-meter run of the year took place at the LSU Purple Tiger, finishing in 1:47.80... Competed in both the 400-meter dash & distance medley relay at the SLC Indoor Championships.
Junior Season (2023):
Made her Southeastern debut at the LSU Purple Tiger where she ran her only 600-meter race of the season, finishing in 1:46.11... Ran shorter sprints for the rest of the season while also serving as a member of the Lady Lions relay teams... Ran her fastest 400-Meter time at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships, clocking in at a time of 57.58... Ran her fastest 100 and 200-meter times at Southeastern's Strawberry Relays, 12.75 in the 100-meter race while winning the 200-meter race with a time of 25.60.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kansas... Was part of the Grizzlies track & field team that saw many of its competitors win NJCAA national championships during her time there while she earned a 13
th-place finish in the 400-meter dash at those national championships... Worked with the Butler 4x400-meter relay team, which won the NJCAA national championship both years she was there... Prepped at University Christian School in Jacksonville, Florida... Earned All-Conference Second Team honors.
Personal:
Born July 2, 2002 in Tallahassee, Florida... Daughter of Kevin & Tina Cleveland... Has four sisters - Kiana, Tiera, Kayla, & Sarah... Both of her parents were athletes at Florida A&M University with her dad, Kevin, playing football and her mom, Tina, being a cheerleader... Her sister, Tiera, runs track at Baylor University... Enjoys eating & shopping... Majors in sports management at Southeastern.
