Senior Season (2025):
Competed in seven meets during the season for the Lions, running the long distance runs from 1,500 meters to 5K... Only mile run was finished in 4:28.22 at the LSU Purple Tiger indoor meet... Best 1,500 meter run time of the year was 3:55.61 at the Lurline Hamilton Invitational outdoor meet at LSU... Quickest 3K time was 8:32.43 at the Vulcan Invitational, hosted by Alabama-Birmingham... Named Southland Conference Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 26 after finishing third in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:34.07 at the LSU Twilight indoor meet... Lone 5K time was 15:35.14 at the SLC Indoor Championships... Also took part in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) at the SLC Indoor Championships, helping the Lions earn a point in the competition with an eighth-place finish... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Junior Season (2024):
Made his SLU track & field debut at Samford's Bulldog Invitational, running in his only mile run of the season, completing the race in 4:21.16... Quickest 3,000-meter run of the season came at the LSU Twilight indoor meet, clocking in at 8:39.27... Fastest 1,500-meter run of the season came on the home track at the Strawberry Relays, crossing the line in 3:59.53... Finished the 5,000-meter run at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships in 15:26.07 for his only time in the distance on the year... Took part in the distance medley relay at the SLC Indoor Championships... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from Dublin City University in his native Ireland where he ran cross country... Team won the varsity championship in 2022... Prepped at Coláiste Mhuire in Ireland...Won six All-Ireland Team Golds as member of the cross country team.

Born September 25, 2000 in Dublin, Ireland... Son of Jude & Catherine Lagan... Has four younger siblings - Daniel, Ruairi, Emma, & Grace... Enjoys playing video games, drinking coffee, eating, watching TV, & playing sports... Biggest sports thrill is a Formula 1 race... Most exciting athletic event he's been to is the 2022 European Championships in Munich, Germany... Majors in business administration at SLU.
