Senior Season (2024):
Competed in five meets for the Lions, all during the indoor season... Ran in two distances throughout the season, the 60-meter sprint & 200-meter dash... both of his season bests came at Samford's Bulldog Invitational, running the 60-meter sprint in 7.02 seconds while finishing the 200-meter dash in 22.71 seconds... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Junior Season (2023):
Competed in four meets during his first year with Southeastern... Ran his only 400-meter dash of the season in his debut meet for SLU, finishing in 58.61 seconds at the McNeese State Indoor #2... Fastest 60-meter sprint of the season came at Houston's Howie Ryan Invitational, crossing the line in 7.25 seconds... Also finished his only 200-meter dash of the season at the Howie Ryan Invitational, stopping the clock at 23.52 seconds... Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team at Southern's Pelican Relays which finished in second place with a time of 3:32.42... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from Barton County Community College... Fastest 60-meter sprint time with the Cougars was 7.07 seconds at the 2022 Region VI Indoor Invitational... Set two JUCO personal bests at the 2022 Jo Meaker Outdoor Classic, running the 100-meter dash in 11.12 seconds & 200-meter dash in 22.58 seconds... Was part of the 2021 NJCAA Outdoor National Championship-winning team & 2021 NJCAA Indoor National Championship runners-up at Barton County... Prepped at Madison East High School in Wisconsin... Was on the track & field, soccer, wrestling, & futsal teams for the Purgolders... Was a three year captain on the track & field team & captain of the soccer team for two years... Won the state championship & qualified for nationals in the 100-meter dash while being the runner-up & national qualifier in the 200-meter dash... Won the school's Most Heart Award in wrestling.

Born January 7, 2002 in Madison, Wisc.... Son of Ryan & Akira Madden... Has a younger brother, Kyle... Enjoys fishing, drawing, singing, reading, & traveling... Biggest sports thrill was winning the state championship & qualifying for nationals... Majors in entrepreneurship & small business management at SLU.
