Freshman Season (2024):
Made his SLU debut at the LSU Purple Tiger meet in the triple jump, clearing 14.00 meters (45'11.25")... Competed in three meets during his first season in the green & gold, all during the indoor season... Best triple jump of the season came at the Samford Open indoor meet, landing 14.22 meters (46'8") from the launch stripe for a second place finish on the day... Only long jump of the season came at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships where he cleared 6.73 meters (22'1")... Also took part in the triple jump at the SLC Indoor Championships... Also serves as a wide receiver on the Southeastern football team.

Prior to Southeastern:
Prepped at Westlake High ... Was a member of the track & field, football, & basketball teams for the Rams... Won four state championships from indoor competition & four more from outdoor competition... Was a two-time All-American in the triple jump... Was also a member of STUCO, FBLA, & Agriculture clubs in high school.

Personal:
Born February 7, 2005 in Lafayette, La... Son of Arthur Goodly & Trista Ames... Has two siblings, Xavier Goodly & Koi Ames... Father, Arthur, was a member of the football & track & field teams at McNeese while his brother is on the track & field team at Incarnate Word... Majors in business management at SLU.
