MOBILE, Ala. – No. 28-ranked Southeastern Louisiana wraps up its six-game road trip this week with games Tuesday at South Alabama and Wednesday at Jackson State. Tuesday's game is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Stanky Field and Wednesday's contest is slated for 6 p.m. at Robert "Bob" Braddy Field in Jackson, Mississippi.
Southeastern (16-6) has won five consecutive games and nine of its last 10. The Lions have also won five-straight games away from the friendly confines of Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field for the first time since winning six successive road games from April 21-May 2, 2017.
Tuesday's game can be heard in the Hammond area on KSLU 90.9 FM, and worldwide online or through both the Radio FX and TuneIn apps. There is no local radio coverage for Wednesday's contest. Fans can also keep up with all the action through live statistics or by following @SLUathletics on Twitter.

Junior right-hander
Corey Gaconi (1-0, 5.70) has earned the Tuesday start for the Lions. He will oppose South Alabama sophomore left-hander Andy Arguelles (0-0, 8.53).
Neither Southeastern nor Jackson State has announced a starting pitcher for Wednesday's contest.

Bryce Steckler, a junior from Redmond, Washington ranks fifth nationally with three triples. Avans has smashed a team-high three home runs, produced a team-best 19 RBI and ranks 11th nationally with 11 stolen bases.
The Lions are hitting .272 collectively, with 39 doubles, six triples and 12 home runs. Their 62 stolen bases lead the nation. Southeastern's pitching staff has compiled a 3.45 ERA. They have struck out 174 batters through 198 innings of work and issued the second-fewest walks per game (2.45) in the nation. Opponents are hitting .237 off Lion pitching.

South Alabama (11-9) took 2-of-3 this past weekend from ULM on the opening weekend of Sun Belt Conference play.
Dylan Hardy (.337) and Travis Swaggerty (.324) are the Jaguars leading hitters. Swaggerty leads the team with four home runs and ranks third nationally with 24 walks. Wells Davis has driven in a team-high 19 and Hardy has stolen a team-leading 10 bags.
As a team, South Alabama is hitting .252, with 39 doubles, four triples, 14 homers and 20 stolen bases. Jaguar pitchers have combined for a 4.67 ERA, fanning 164 batters in 175.1 innings of work. Opponents are hitting .264 off South Alabama pitching.
Jackson State (13-6) dropped 2-of-3 games this past weekend at Alabama State.
Raul Hernandez (.448), Josh Crispin (.409) and Blaze Speas (.364) lead the Tigers at the plate. Jesus Santana has produced a team-high four home runs and 19 RBI. Jarvis Warner leads the team with seven stolen bases.
The Tigers are hitting .302 as a team, with 32 doubles, three triples, 14 home runs and 22 stolen bases. Jackson State pitchers own a 3.63 ERA and have struck out 112 batters in 134 innings. Opponents are hitting .244 off Tiger pitching.
Southeastern returns home Friday, hosting Houston Baptist in the opener of a three-game, Southland Conference series at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field.
