HAMMOND, La. – Southeastern Louisiana University baseball student-athletes Gavin Panks, Brady St. Pierre and Truitt Webb have been named to All-Star squads in their respective summer leagues.
 
St. Pierre and Webb will represent the Hyannis Harbor Hawks of the prestigious Cape Cod League in the circuit's 35^th Annual East vs. West All-Star game.
 
A sophomore from LaPlace, Louisiana, St. Pierre is slated to be the West Division's starting pitcher at Saturday's exhibition in Harwich, Massachusetts. The right-hander has an 0-1 W-L record with a 1.15 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 15.2 innings pitched.
 
In six relief appearances, Webb has picked up three saves to go along with a 1-0 W-L record. The sophomore from Paris, Tennessee has compiled a 3.65 ERA and 11 strikeouts in 12.1 innings pitched for the Harbor Hawks.
 
Panks is ripping the cover off the baseball for the Saskatoon Berries of the Western Canada Baseball League. The freshman from Covington, Louisiana is hitting .391 with seven doubles, one triple, one home run and 32 RBIs in 32 games played. Panks will represent the Berries on the East Division squad in Saturday's exhibition in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
