JACKSON, Miss. – The Southeastern Louisiana women's tennis team rolled to a 7-0 victory over Jackson State in its 2012 regular season finale Wednesday night at the JSU Tennis Complex.
Southeastern (10-12) closed out the season with a win by sweeping through both singles and doubles play. The win was the team's second this spring over Jackson State.

A pair of Southeastern seniors won in both singles and doubles play in their final matches in the green and gold.
Audrey Chelini (11-11) finished her career ranked 10
th in school history with 51 career singles wins after a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Asha Saravanamohan at No. 1. At No. 2,
Morgane Dadot (10-11) drummed Karen Martinez, 6-0, 6-3.
“I'm really happy that Audrey and Morgane were able to win their last matches,” Hayes stated. “These two seniors played hard for four years and represented Southeastern with class and respect every time they took the court.”
The Lions jumped out to a 1-0 lead by sweeping doubles play. At No. 1, Chelini and freshman
Adriana Castillo teamed for the first time this spring and got past Martinez and Harshini Reddy, 8-2. Dadot and freshman
Morgane Charpenne (6-8) were too much for Kesica Jayaolan and Angela Condorelli in an 8-6 victory.
Southeastern closed out the doubles sweep with a win on the No. 3 court. Junior

Natalia Romero (2-0) cruised to an 8-1 victory over Saravanamohan and Laura Carolina Rojas.
The Lions finished with three players with double-digit singles victories, as Castillo (10-12) joined her senior teammates. The Guayaquil, Ecuador native and lynch pin of the program's future rallied past Reddy, 3-6, 6-4, 10-8 at No. 3.
Brito and Charpenne each finished the season with nine singles victories. Brito, who will be the team's lone senior in 2012-13, moved past Rojas, 6-1, 6-1 on the No. 6 court. At No. 4, Charpenne surged to a 6-4, 6-3 win over Jayaoalan. Freshman
Marion Courbis (4-5) secured the shutout with a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Condorelli at No. 5.
