2014 All-Southland Conference (2nd Team)
2014 Indoor: placed second (39-03.25) at A-State Invitational, where she also placed 11th in the shot put (11.97m, 39-03.25)... came in second in the weight throw (55-02.25) and 12th in the shot put (11.63m, 38-02.00) at the Southern Miss Invitational... came in 6th at the Cupid Classic in the weight throw (17.33m, 56-10.25)... placed 4th at LSU Twilight with a toss of 58-06.00 in the weight throw... came in 2nd in the weight throw (59-31.75) at the 2014 Southland Conference Indoor Championships, earning her 2nd Team All-Conference Honors.
2013 Outdoor: finished seventh in the hammer throw (146-00) at the McNeese Cowboy Relays... turned in her best mark of the season at the Samford Open in the women’s discus throw to finish eighth (130-02) and came in 14th in the women’s hammer throw (143-01)... finished 14th (142-00) at the Southland Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2013 Indoor: placed fifth (54-04.75) at LSU Twilight.

2012 Outdoor: Threw 11.91m in the shot put at the Louisiana Classics … tossed the discus 40.83m at the Southland Championships … threw 40.22m in the hammer throw at the Southeastern Lions Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Tossed the shot put 12.26m at the Southland Conference Championships … turned in a mark of 15.20m in the weight throw at the LSU Twilight.

High School: Earned four letters in track and field, and three in volleyball … three-time state champion in volleyball … four-time All-State in track … 2010 and 2011 5A state discus champion … broke class 5A state discus record by four feet in 2010 … top marks discus (133 feet, eight inches) and shot put (40-01) … 2011 state champ and 2010 runner up in shot put. 

Personal: Born in New Orleans, La. … daughter of Kenneth and Zeda Golden … majoring in Criminal Justice.
