2014 Indoor: placed sixth in triple jump at LSU Twilight with 13.71 meters...Placed third in long jump with 6.43 meters (21-01.25) at McNeese Indoor III…placed tenth in the long jump (6.47 meters) at the Cowboy Indoor I as well as a fourth place finish in triple jump at 6.47 meters.
2013 Outdoor: came in 3rd in the men’s triple jump (42-07.00) at the Louisiana Classics...placed 3rd in the triple jump (45-1.50) at the Southeastern Lion Invitational.

2012 Indoors: Turned in a time of 8.19 seconds in the McNeese Indoor I … ran a time of 9.22 seconds in the 60m hurdles at the LSU Twilight ... jumped 6.16m in the Long Jump at the LSU Twilight ... threw for 8.04m in the Shot Put at the McNeese Indoor I ... recorded 4,122 points in the Heptathlon at the SLC Championship. 

High School: Earned four letters in track and two in football … played wide receiver and defensive back on the football field … best  track and field performances were in the triple jump (46-01) and long jump (20-04) … earned the Coach’s Award and a district championship in track.

Personal: Born in Baton Rouge, La. … Youngest son of Ronald and Debra Abboud … has two older brothers, Stephen and Matthew … majoring in Kinesiology.
