2016 Outdoor: Made third-team All-Southland Conference as a member of the 4x400-meter relay… Ran the third leg for the 4x400 relay which finished third in a stadium-record 3:13.32 at the Southland Championships… Placed fifth in the 800 ‘B’ section of the LSU Alumni Gold in 1:53.87… Was third in the 400 at the Lion Invitational in a personal-best 48.83… Also helped the 4x400 relay place second in 3:16.57… Helped the 4x400 relay win in 3:13.31 while also placing fifth in the 800 in 1:54.08 at the McNeese Spring Time Classic… Ran a personal-best 4:02.93 in finishing seventh in the 1,500 at the Louisiana Classics… Finished 12^th in the 800 in 1:53.74 while helping the 4x400 relay come in seventh in 3:17.18 at the Alabama Relays.
 
2016 Indoor: Ran the opening leg of the distance medley relay which set the school record in finishing fifth in 10:11.16 at the Southland Conference Championships… Was also seventh in the 800 (1:53.93)… Placed second in the 800 (1:54.25) while helping the 4x400 relay finish third (3:23.49) at the South Alabama Jaguar Invitational… Was also second in the 800 (1:59.87) while anchoring the 4x400 relay which won in 3:28.45 at the McNeese State Invite… Set 600-meter personal record in finishing fifth in 1:19.20 at the New Mexico Cherry & Silver… Was also seventh in the 800 in 1:56.25… Was on the 4x800 relay which set the school record of 7:46.22 in winning at the LSU Purple Tiger… Was also on the second-place 4x400 (3:18.41) and distance medley (10:44.57) relays.
 
2015 Cross Country: Placed seventh (11:24.9) at the UNO Opener… Combined with Trey Capello to finish sixth in 23:22.3… Was 30^th (17:52.7) at the LSU Invitational.
 
2015 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 800 in 1:53.08 at the Southland Championships while also helping the 4x400 relay take fourth in 1:52.77.
 
2015 Indoor: Placed eighth in the mile (4:35.77) at the LSU Invitational and was also on the fifth-place 4x400 relay (3:26.90) … Claimed fourth in the 800 (1:56.36) at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational.
 
2014 Cross Country: Took 83^rd (28:25.9) at the Southland Championships… Season-best 15^th-place finish at the Loyola Wolf Pack Invite (17:09.7)… Was 22^nd (29:40.0) at Mississippi College Watson Ford Meet… Came in 59^th (23:12.7) at McNeese Cowboy Stampede… Finished 37^th (17:58.0) at LSU Invitational.
 
2014 Outdoor: Came in fifth in the 800 (1:52.48) at the Southland Championships while helping the 4x400 relay place second (3:10.44) … Won the 800 (1:53.37) while also helping the 4x400 relay (3:15.90) to victory at the Lion Invitational … Also on the winning 4x400 relay (1:19.86) while placing second in the 400 in a personal-best 48.92 at the Tulane Team Challenge … Opened the season with a win in the 600 at the Jaguar Opener, finishing in a career-best (1:19.86  … Was fifth in the 800 (1:51.18) at the Alabama Relays … Helped 4x400 relay come in third (3:14.64) while placing 25^th in the 1,500 (4:05.70) at the J Fred Duckett-Rice Twilight.
 
2014 Indoor:  Took fourth place in 800-meter (1:53.20) at the Southland Conference Track and Field Championships and also took sixth place in Men’s distance medley (10:18.96)….won first place in 4x400-meter(3:30.75) at the McNeese Indoor III…..placed eighth place in 800-meter(1:55.17) and sixth in distance medley (10:36.89) at Cupid Classic ….won first place in 600-meter run at Cowboy Indoor I (1:23.86)….placed seventh in 800-meter with 1:59.97  at the A-State Invitational…took second place at Southern Miss. Invitational in Men’s 800-meter with 1:58.04.
 
2013 Cross Country: Finished 69^th (25:02.5) at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede.
 
Personal: Son of Wayne and Leslie Holden...Has three siblings, Austin, Abigail, and Andrew...Majoring in Sports Management.
 
High School: Earned three letters in track and two in cross country at Northshore...Earned MVP honors...Captain of both teams.
