2014 Outdoor: came in 15^th in the men’s 400-meter dash at the A State Invitational (51.96)…placed 4^th in the men’s 200-meter dash (22.41) at the Tulane Team Challenge…placed 15^th in the 200 and 24^th in the 400 at the Carl Knight Invitational…

2014 Indoor:  claimed second place at the Cowboy Indoor I with 53.85 in the 400-meter dash…placed fifth at the McNeese Indoor III in 55 meter dash (54.28)…at the LSU Twilight, clinched second place in 400-meter dash with a time of 51.82. 

2013 Outdoor: placed third (3:45.52) in the men's 4x400 team relay at the Tulane Team Challenge...

2013 Indoor: tied for 4th place in the men's 200-meter dash at the McNeese Indoor II...

2012 Outdoor: Turned in a time of 11.10 seconds in the 100m dash at the Southeastern Lion Invitational … ran a time of 22.41 seconds in the 200m dash in the NSU Invitational … completed the 400m dash in a time of 49.87 seconds at the Couthland Conference Championships.

2012 Indoor:  Handled the 60m dash in a time of 7.29 seconds at the LSU Twilight … turned in times of 22.87 seconds in the 200m dash and 51.45 seconds in the 400m dash at the ASU Kickoff Klassic.

High School: Earned two letters in track and field, and one in football … All-State in track as a senior … ran the 200-meter dash (21.63 sec) and 400-meter dash (50.27).

Personal: Born in Reserve, La. … son of Brendon and Shantrel Mitchell … has two sisters, Tierra and Taneisha … majoring in Nursing.
