2014 Outdoor: came in 16th in the men’s 100-meter dash (11.12) and combined with teammates for a 6th place time in the men’s 400 meter relay (41.00) at the Alabama Relays…placed second in the men’s 4x100 meter relay (43.55) and 9th in the men’s 200 meter dash at the Tulane Team Challenge…at the Carl Knight Invitational, placed 12th in the 200-meter dash and 3rd in the men’s 4x100 meter relay (40.81)… combined for a winning time of 3:15.90 in the 4x400-meter relay, placed 4th in the 200-meter dash (21.94) at the Southeastern Lion Invitational… placed 12th in the 200-meter dash (22.17) at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Meet…

2014 Indoor:  helped place second in the 4x400 relay at the Cowboy Indoor I…placed fourth in 55-meter dash at the McNeese Indoor III with 6.71…at the A-State Invitational, placed tenth in the 4x400 meter relay (3.28.26).
2013 Outdoor: claimed a victory at McNeese Springtime Classic in the men's 4x100-meter relay...placed 1st at the Southland Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the men's 4x100-meter relay.

2013 Indoor: finished second with a time of three minutes, 22.32 seconds as a part of the men's 4x400-meter relay team at the ASU Invitational...secured a 4th place tie with teammate Brendon Mitchell in the men's 200-meter dash at the McNeese Indoor II...claimed victory with the best time (3 minutes, 19.95 seconds) in the 4x4 relay at LSU Twilight.

2012 Outdoor: Turned in a time of 10.83 seconds in the 100m dash at the USA Invitational.

High School: Four-year letterman in track and field, and football … captain of the football team as a senior.

Personal: Born in West Monroe, La. … son of Robert and Carolyn Henderson … has a younger sibling, Jordan … cousin Mark Henderson played football at Arkansas and Louisiana-Monroe … majoring in Accounting.
