2012 Cross Country: Teamed with Paul Arthur to complete the MSU Cross Country Relay (6K) with a Southeastern-best time of 20:09 … ran a time of 28:13.21 in the Azalea City Classic (8K) … improved upon the mark at the Southland Conference Championships (8K) with a time of 26:35.9.

2012 Indoor: Turned in a time of 10:02.01 in the 3,000-meter run at the McNeese Indoor I.

2011 Cross Country (Sophomore): Finshed the 6K McNeese State Cowboy Stampede in 21:11 … ran the 8K in 27:42.1 at the Southland Conference Championship.

2011 Outdoor (Freshman): Completed the 10,000-meter run in 36:14.80 at the Louisiana Classics.

2011 Indoor (Freshman): Best performances of the season included the 3,000-meter run (9:20.61) at the Jeff Davis McNeese Indoor II and the 5,000-meter run (16:56.37) at the Houston Indoor Invitational.

2010 Cross Country (Freshman): Ran the 5K in 16:22.35 at the Azalea City Classic … completed the 8K in 28:39.46 at the LSU Invitational.

High School: Placed 8th in the 3200m at the LHSAA State Champioinships during his senior season, finishing in 10:50.72 ... Season-best time in 3200m (9:54.11) came at DIstrict 7-5A Championships, where he won the event ... Set a personal record in the 1600m at 4:36.90 to win at the St. Tammany Parish Championships ... Placed second in LHSAA State Cross Country Championships three-mile at 16:28.50 ... Personal record in three-mile came at Northshore Metro Championships, which he won with a time of 15:13.51.
