2014 Indoor: claimed first place at the Southern Miss. Invitational in the shot put, throwing for 17.71 meters and placing third in weigh throw with 18.89 meters……at the Cupid Classic, he placed third in both the shot put (17.29 meters) and weight throw (20.57 meters)…..won first place at the LSU Twilight, where he threw for 20.64 meters in the weight throw, then placed second in shot put with 17.92 meters…..named Southland Conference Field Athletes of the Week…..claimed first place at the Southland Conference Championship, throwing for 17.27 meters in the shot put as well as claiming first place in the weight throw with 20.38 meters..... placed second in shot put with a throw of 17.48 meters at the A-State Invitational….placed second at Cowboy Indoor I, throwing in shot put for 16.86 meters and third for weight throw with 18.71 meters….named first team All-Conference for shot put and weight throw.

2013 Outdoor: claimed victory in the men's discus throw (178-08) at the McNeese Cowboy Relays... finished second in both the men's shot put (51 feet, 10.50 inches) and discus throw (173-05) at the Louisiana Classics...finished fourth in the men's shot put (53-04.25) and second in the men's discus throw (178-03) at the LSU Relays...set a personal record en route to winning the section B men's discus throw with a mark 187 feet, three inches at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays...placed first in the shot put (53-06.00) and discus throw (177-00) at the MC Twilight Invitational...earned third place in the men's shot put (52-11.00) at Samford Open...finished 6th in the men's hammer (187-05), second in shot put (54-03.75), and 1st in men's discus at the Southland Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2013 Indoor:  finished second in the shot put (51-01.50) and third in the weight throw (58-03.75) at the McNeese Indoor I Invitational... placed second in the weight throw (58-10.25) and third in shot put (53-05.50) at the ASU Invitational...won the men's weight throw (60-09.50) and finished third in the shot put (53-03.00) at McNeese Indoor II...finished second in the men's shot put (54 feet, one inch) at the 2013 Southland Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships

2012 Outdoor: Named the Louisiana Male Newcomer of the Year by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association … best marks of the season came at the Southland Conference Championships where he threw the shot put 16.50m, tossed the discus 55.45m and threw the hammer 48.77m.

2010 Indoor (at SUNY-Cobleskill): Finished third in the shot put (13.23m) and weight throw (13.08m) for SUNY-Cobleskill at the Wesleyan Invitational … turned in a season-best mark in the weight throw (13.31m) at the Harvard Open.

Personal: Born in Cobleskill, N.Y. ... son of Christopher and Ladain Milliron ... has two brothers, Joseph and Mike ... majoring in General Studies.
