2016 Outdoor: Set career-bests with a seventh-best time of 9:22.97 in the 3,000 and 4:20.06 in taking 23^rd in the 1,500 at the Lion Invitational… Ran a career-best 16:37.57 in finishing sixth in the 5,000 at the McNeese Spring Time Classic… Took seventh in the 3,000 in 9:25.0 at the Tulane Twilight.
 
2015 Cross Country: Competed at the 10K NCAA Division I South Central Regional, placing 139^th in 34:15.9… Finished 63^rd in 27:43.5 at the 8K Southland Conference Championships… Came in a season-high seventh in 27:18.2 at the 8K Mississippi College Choctaw Open … Placed 17^th in 21:57.4 at the 4K McNeese State Cowboy Stampede… Was 115^th in 16:41.8 at the 3.1-mile LSU Invitational.
 
2015 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 17:43.25 in the 5,000 at the Southland Conference Championships… Placed 29^th in the 1,500 in a personal-best 4:26.80 while also finishing 19^th in 9:33.84 at the McNeese Cowboy Relays.
 
2015 Indoor: Finished 12^th in 9:49.35 in the 3,000 at the McNeese State Invite.
 
2014 Cross Country: Came in 72^nd in 27:23.0 at the 8K Southland Conference Championships… Finished 176^th in 29:12.4 at the 8.085K Alabama Crimson Classic… Placed 14^th at the 8K Mississippi College Watson Ford in 28:49.9… Was 46^th in 22:02.5 at the 4-mile McNeese State Cowboy Stampede… Took 22^nd in 16:57.4 at the 5K LSU Invitational… Ran a 15:56.7 to finish seventh at the 5K Loyola Wolf Pack Invite… Opened the season with a fourth-place finish at the 4K UNO Relays in 13:30.8.
 
2014 Outdoor: Placed 14^th in the 3,000 in 10:02.28 and 23^rd in the 1,500 in 4:33.84 at the Lion Invitational.  
 
2013 Cross Country: Finished 45th (29:34.35) at the 8K Azalea City Cross Country Classic...Placed 64^th (24:19.6) at the 4-mile McNeese Cowboy Stampede… Was 21st (28:18.82) at the 8K Mississippi College Choctaw Open... Ran a 29:00.2 to finish 72^nd at the 8L Southland Championships … Posted a time of 38:03.9 at the 10K NCAA South Central Regional in finishing 145^th.
 
High School: Earned three letters in soccer and two in cross country and track at Lusher… Captain of soccer and cross country teams his senior year… Earned All-District honors and MVP in cc… Was a member of the National Honor Society and Concert/ Jazz bands.
