2017 Outdoor: Had the state’s third-best shot put in being named to the LSWA All-Louisiana Team … Was eighth in the discus (149-4) and 11^th in the shot put (49-3.5) at the Southland Conference Championships … Placed third in the shot put at 53-7 and fifth in the discus at 165-5 at the South Alabama Invitational … Finished 10^th in the shot put (51-08.25) at the Texas Relays … Took third in the discus with a personal-best 167-00 and was also fourth in the shot put at 56-05.7 at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational… Set a personal best in winning the shot put at 50-08.50 at the Louisiana Classic … Won the discus with a throw of 154-3 while placing third (54-0) in the shot put at the McNeese Cowboy Relays … Grabbed a victory in the shot put (54-9.25) while taking second in the discus (154-2) at the Tulane Early Bird Twilight.

2017 Indoor: Earned third-team All-Southland Conference honors in the shot put after taking third with a throw of 55-10.5 at the Southland Championships … Picked up first win as a Lion with a shot put of 53-11.75 at the LSU Twilight … Opened Lion career with fourth-place finish in the shot put at the Samford Open with a throw of 54-08.25.

Prior to Southeastern: Competed in the shot put and discus for Brigham Young University ... Career bests of 52-2.75 (2016 Aztec Invitational) in the shot put and 168-9 (2016 Trojan Invitational) in the discus.
