HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University women's basketball team ended the program's slate of home games in the 2025-26 season with a 77-54 loss to UTRGV Saturday in the University Center.
Southeastern (4-22, 3-16 in SLC) was outpaced by UTRGV (17-11, 14-5 in SLC) in Saturday's contest. The Southland Conference's second-ranked team got back in the win column after a loss to McNeese Thursday. Saturday's game was sponsored by Tangi Tourism. As part of Senior Day, SLU honored seniors

Mia Ramos' 14 points paced SLU, making 6-of-9 shots from the field, including a team-high five assists.
Aliyah Collins had her 20
th double-digit scoring game of the season with 11 points.
Fatime Seck hit double-figures for the first time this season, notching 10 points on 50% shooting with two triples. Seck also had a team-leading seven rebounds.
The SLC's leading rebounder continued her dominance in the paint. Charlotte O'Keefe posted game-highs in scoring and rebounding with 23 points and 19 boards, respectively. Gianna Angiolet also reached double-figures in scoring with 17 points, also getting a trio of three-pointers.
The Lady Lions will remain on the road for the rest of the season in the team's final week of play. The team will start with a contest against New Orleans Thursday, before taking on Nicholls Saturday. Both games will be televised on ESPN+.
