Jaslyn Bowman a senior, set a season high mark in the 100m. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana native and Scotlandville High School grad ran a 12.15 moving up to the 13

"We always use this meet as a last chance opportunity for those athletes we feel need one more chance to get prepped for the conference championship," said SLU track head coach
Corey Mistretta. "This weekend we had a few people really step up and show they are ready to go.
Donovan Storr was finally able to run twenty point, which tells me he is ready to go.
Garrett Cook is another one who showed up today and posted a nice PR. Garrett has been trying to find his way all season and things are beginning to come together for him. And, Senior
Jaslyn Bowman has put together a couple of nice races in the past couple of weeks and looks like she is primed to finish out her career in a nice way."
SLU will depart Thursday for the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships which begin Friday in Natchitoches Louisiana hosted by Northwestern State at the Walter P. Ledet Track Complex.
"Now, we head into our final few days of preparation," said Mistretta. "We have a few people on each side that are looking for big marks next weekend. It should be a lot of fun."
