NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Coming off a series victory at No. 21-ranked Rice, Southeastern Louisiana continues its eight-game road trip with a pair of midweek games Tuesday and Wednesday at Hawkins Field against No. 10-ranked Vanderbilt.
First pitch between Southeastern (4-2) and the Commodores (4-3) is scheduled for 4 p.m. both days.

Tuesday the Lions will send sophomore left-hander
Payton Robinson (0-0, 6.75) to the mound in the series opener opposite Vanderbilt sophomore right-hander Maddux Conger (1-0, 1.23). Neither team has announced a starting pitcher for Wednesday's series finale.
The Vanderbilt pitching staff enters the series with a 2.22 ERA, having fanned 67 batters in 65 innings of work. Opponents are hitting .185 off Commodore pitching.
Julian Infante (.385), Jason Delay (.385), Alonzo Jones (.333), JJ Bleday (.304) and Will Toffey (.300) lead Vanderbilt at the plate. Vanderbilt dropped 2-of-3 games this past weekend in series with Illinois-Chicago.

The Lions face South Alabama, Seton Hall and Troy in the round-robin Cox Diamond Invitational Friday-Sunday in Pensacola, Florida. The tournament will be played at Blue Wahoos Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Reds' Double-A affiliate.
