HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana volleyball team returns to action Tuesday at 6 p.m., hosting Southern Miss at the University Center.

The match will be the final tune up for the Lady Lions (2-8) before Southland Conference play begins one week from Tuesday.
Southeastern is looking to snap a six-match skid and keep its record unblemished at home.
Tiffany Thomas (2.56 kills per set),
Parrie Hartley (2.43 k/set),
Rachael Bunn (.243 attack percentage) and
Mikayla Shippy are the offensive leaders for the Lady Lions. Shippy is sixth in the Southland with an average of 9.03 assists per set and Bunn's attack percentage is tenth.
Bunn, who capped a strong weekend at the 13th annual Allstate Sugar Bowl Collegiate Classic by earning a spot on the All-Tournament team, is fifth in the conference with 1.04 blocks per set.
Morgan Todd leads Southeastern in digs (4.72 per set), ranking fourth in the Southland.
Southern Miss (9-4) split four matches at the ISTAP Collgiate Cup 2 in Montgomery, Alabama, this past weekend.
Stephany Perdue (3.09 k/set), Quinci Hayward (3.07 k/set) and Kristen Fleming (8.11 a/set) pace the Golden Eagle offense. Mary Pursell (3.43 d/set), Alex Pfefferle (3.32 d/set) and Jasmine Crowell (1.09 b/set) are the team's key defensive personnel.
Southeastern opens Southland Conference play a week from Tuesday at the University of New Orleans.
