2008 Cross Country (Junior): Set a pair of season bests with an 8K time of 28:56.3 at the LSU CC Fesitval and a 5K time of 18:14 at Troy’s Coach O Invitational.

2007-08 (Junior): Set a pair of personal records at the Golden Eagle Classic with a time of 1:57.77 in the 800 m and a time of 4:29.16 in the 1500 m.

2006-07 (Sophomore): Competed in four events during cross country season with best finish (25th) coming at the Southern Miss Invitational ... Clocked best time on 8K course (31:21.70) at the Ragin Cajun Invitational ... Ran 2:06.65 in the 800-meters at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet and 4:18.03 in the 1,500-meters at the Louisiana Classic.

Prior to Southeastern -

High School: Two-year letterwinner in cross country and track at Redemptorist High School where he was a team captain ... Also lettered in soccer.
