2010 Outdoor (Senior): Named 2009-10 Southeastern Male Athlete of the Year ... Earned All-American status with a fourth place finish in discus at NCAA Championships, launching the implement 185 feet, 3.45 inches (56.6 meters) ... Took 11th place in shot put at NCAA Championships with a heave of 59 feet, 8.25 inches (18.19 meters), but failed to place in hammer after fouling on all attempts ... Won Southland Conference Track and Field Athlete of the Year after scoring 34 points and earning three individual titles at league's championship meet ...Started meet with victory in hammer at 205 feet, 9 inches (62.72 meters), followed by triumph in shot put with school record 60 feet, 3.75 inches (18.38 meters), and blew competition away in discus at 183 feet, 10 inches (56.03 meters) ... Owns school records in three events: afforementioned shot put; hammer throw at 220 feet, 1 inch (67.7 meters); and discus at 196 feet, 1 inch (59.77 meters) ... Regularly upped personal bests, setting new school records in the process.

2010 Indoor (Junior): First male student-athlete in Southeastern history to compete at NCAA Indoor Championships, finishing 10th in weight throw with toss of 64 feet, 7.75 inches (19.70 meters) ... Earned Men's Outstanding Performer honors at Southland Conference Indoor Championships, winning the weight throw with a school and conference record heave of 68 feet 11.75 inches (21.02 meters), while also taking first place in shot put with Southeastern record throw of 60 feet, 2 inches (18.34 meters) ... Tabbed conference athlete of the week after winning shot put competition at Houston Indoor Invitational.

2009 Outdoor (Junior): Claimed first at McNeese Cowboy Relays in the weight throw with a throw of 196 ft. 11 in. (60.03 m), bettering the previous school record (Dwight Womack's 173 foot toss in 2007) by nearly 17 feet.  Became the fifth Southeastern thrower to throw the discus more than 50 meters with his meet-winning heave of 50.63 meters. Also claimed third in the javelin on way to claiming SLC athlete of the week award.

2009 Indoor (Sophomore): At Southland indoor championships, picked a perfect time to set a new school record in the weight throw with a 65 ft. 2.25 in. (19.87 m), good for first place. Claimed third place All-SLC honors in the shot put with a throw of 55 ft. 2.75 in. ... Named SLC’s Outstanding Field Athlete and Newcomer of the Year.

Prior to Southeastern -

Central Arizona College: A seven-time Junior College All-American at Central Arizona College in the shot put, discus and hammer throw ... Also competed in the javelin at CAC ... Named the 2007 Junior College Field Athlete of the Year by placing first place in the shot and discus with throws of 16.38 m and 53.03 m, respectly ... Claimed fourth in the hammer throw with a toss of 50.98 m and seventh in the javelin with a 53.74 m throw to garner 27 total points and two national championships on the day.

International Competition: Competed for his native St. Vincent and the Grenadines at the 2003 IAAF World Junior Championships and the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia where he finished 14th in the shot put with a throw of 14.76 m ... Set national records for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at the 2004 Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships where he claimed silver in the shot (16.55 m) and bronze in the discus (45.10). For his efforts ... Named the 2004 SVG Junior Sportsman of the Year.
