Ran in four meets at four different distances during her first collegiate season... Opened season with a 4K course at the Battle for New Orleans, completing the run in 20:53.2... Lone 3K run of the season came at the LSU Invitational where she stopped the clock at 13:56.5... Only 5K of the year was at the Nicholls Invitational where she crossed the finish line in 23:31.9... Ended season with only 6K she ran, which came at the SLC Championships, as she hit the finish line in 30:42.0... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern;
Prepped at Denham Springs High School... Was a member of the soccer, cross country, & track & field teams for the Yellow Jackets... Won the Parish Championship for Livingston Parish in the 1,600-meter run & 3,200-meter run as a senior... Earned two All-District honors in soccer... Named Player of the Tournament at both the state & regional championships with her club soccer team, PSC.

Born May 1, 2006 in Denham Springs... Daughter of Brody Zeigler & Sheena Abarca... Has three siblings - older sister Braleigh Zeigler, younger step-sister Lydia Fonte, & younger half-sister Camila Abarca... Likes to run, read, & do art projects... Biggest sports thrill was helping Denham Springs win its first district championship in soccer... Most exciting athletic event she's witnessed was Cole Hockey winning the men's 1,500-meter run... Majors in general studies at Southeastern.
