Lone 4K of the season was at the LSU Invitational where he stopped the clock in 12:27.3... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.
Junior Season (2023):
Named Louisiana's Men's Cross Country Newcomer of the Year by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association... Competed at the NCAA Division I South-Central Regional Championships, where he ran his lone 10K of the season and finished in 32:14.6... Quickest 8K of the season came at the Lion Up Invitational where he won the individual title by breaking the tape in 25:37.3, a performance which earned him the Southland Conference's Runner of the Week award... Finished his lone 6K of the season in 18:59.3 at the LSU Invitational for a fourth-place finish... Only 5K of the season came in his SLU debut at the UNO Cross Country Opener, crossing the line in 15:48.0... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from Dublin City University in his native Ireland where he ran cross country... Team won the varsity championship in 2022... Prepped at Coláiste Mhuire in Ireland...Won six All-Ireland Team Golds as member of the cross country team.
