2024 / REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE / MERIDIAN CC – Appeared in 53 games … slashed .377 / .758 / .505 with 15 doubles, two triples and 14 home runs …drove in 65 and scored another 51 runs … drew 27 walks and hit by 19 pitches, striking out 35 times … stole six bases in 13 attempts … selected to NJCAA All-Star team … earned All-MACCC honors.
 
2023 / REDSHIRT FRESHMAN / MERIDIAN CC – Appeared in 42 games … slashed .357 / .700 / .465 with 16 doubles, one triple and 10 home runs … drove in 36 and scored another 35 runs … drew 16 walks and hit by 13 pitches, striking out 29 times … successful on all seven stolen base attempts … produced 12 multi-hit games …earned All-MACCC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL – Top 500 player nationally and the No. 1-rated catcher in Louisiana according to Perfect Game … played for coach Jesse Cassard at Live Oak HS … hit .416 with 10 home runs as a senior .. also played linebacker for the football team.
 
PERSONAL – Born Anthony Blaise Priester in Baton Rouge, Louisiana … son of Vannessa and Joshua Priester … both parents attended Southeastern … has an older sister, Ashton … sister played softball at Northwestern State … enjoys hunting and fishing … majoring in general studies at Southeastern.
