"We are extremely excited to get the indoor season underway," said SLU track head coach
Corey Mistretta. "After a successful December showing by
Donovan Storr,
Johnathon Sawyer,
D.J. Ruffin, and James Benson, we are looking to see what the rest of our group will do. Our fall training season including, the 2019 cross country season, was very good.  Both teams were also very committed over the holiday break, which makes the coaching staff excited to see how things are going to play out this weekend. Bringing a group we believe will be conference scores back to school early for a meet like this is very important.  We are expecting to learn a lot about who this team can be this weekend. We are also excited to see what all of our newcomers will do including
Emily Wright,
Kimona Wilson,
Thais Gomes,
Lara Zupanc,
Cha'Kaylin Gilbert,
Indya Jackson, Sawyer, and
Damon Herod.
