"We have been training really heavy since the indoor conference championship," said second-year SLU track head coach
Corey Mistretta. "Training right through our home meet and this meet today. I am extremely excited about how some of the athletes have handled the extra load, it's very promising for them later in the season. We will take some much needed rest and recovery next week including not competing next weekend. Our focus will be strictly rest and recovery after three very long weeks."
Southeastern will be back in action Saturday, March 23 at the Southeastern/Southern Dual at the Southeastern Track Complex.
