HAMMOND, La. – Because of anticipated severe weather from Tropical Storm Gordon, Southeastern Louisiana's volleyball match scheduled for Tuesday evening at Jackson State has been postponed.
 
The match will be rescheduled later in the season. At this time, no makeup date has been determined.
 
Last season, the Lady Lions defeated Jackson State in straight sets, 25-15, 25-17, 25-23, at Mississippi State's Maroon Classic in Starkville, Mississippi.
 
UP NEXT
Southeastern returns to action this coming weekend with three matches in Mobile, Alabama at the Jaguar Invitational. The Lady Lions match up with host South Alabama (1-5) at 11:30 a.m. Friday, turning around to face Louisiana Tech (1-6) later that afternoon at 5 p.m. Southeastern will wrap up its participation in the Jaguar Invitational against Mississippi State (2-5) at noon Saturday.
 
DIGGIN' IT CLUB / S CLUB
Fans interested in becoming active supporters of the Southeastern volleyball program are encouraged to join the Diggin' It Club. Lady Lion volleyball alums are encouraged to join the exclusive S Club, which is restricted to Southeastern athletic letter winners. S Club members also gain membership in the Diggin' It Club.
 
All membership fees and donations to both the Diggin' It Club and S Club (volleyball) are available for the exclusive use of the Southeastern volleyball program. Membership information is available by contacting the Lion Athletics Association at LAA@Southeastern.edu or (985) 549-5091.
