HAMMOND, La. – Southeastern Louisiana returns home for a pair of Southland Conference contests this weekend in Strawberry Stadium.
The Lady Lions (4-6-1, 1-2-0 Southland) will look to snap a two-match losing streak against Houston Baptist (3-6-1, 1-1-1) Friday at 7 p.m. Southeastern then welcomes in Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (0-10, 0-3) Sunday at 1 p.m.
Sunday's match will be Youth Day at Strawberry Stadium in conjunction with Academy Sports & Outdoors. Young Lion fans will have access to Southeastern apparel and be able to join Southeastern on the field for the national anthem.

Southeastern is coming off a 2-0 loss at Abilene Christian this past Sunday. Senior
Casey Peacock led the Lady Lions with five shots, one on goal. Sophomore
Payton Colson had two of her four attempts on the net. Senior
Hope Sabadash made six saves.
Sabadash is currently second in the Southland with 64 saves, tied for third with two shutouts and eighth with a 1.51 goals against average. She has 343 career saves and needs eight more to tie Allison Holladay (1997-99) atop the Lady Lion career list.
Sophomore
Sofia Olsson is tied for fifth in the league with five goals and is tied for seventh with 11 points. Peacock is tied for third with three assists. Colson (third, 31), Olsson (fourth, 29) and junior
Maggie Ramsey (ninth, 24) all rank in the top 10 in the conference in shots. Southeastern leads the Southland with 214 shots while tying for fourth in assists (14) and fifth in goals (15) and ranking seventh in points (44). The Lady Lions are also tied for fifth with 17 goals allowed.
Houston Baptist, meanwhile, is sixth in goals (17) and points (47), tied for sixth in assists (13), seventh in shots (123) and tied for seventh in goals allowed (20).
Sophomore Gabby Rodriguez is tied for fifth in the conference with five goals and tied for ninth with 10 points. Sophomore Sabriah Spencer is second on the squad in both categories with three goals and eight points. Junior Charlotte Vancura and senior Elizabeth Adams each have three assists, tied for 10
th in the league. Sophomore Alanis Guevara is tied for third with two shutouts and seventh with a 1.44 GAA. Junior Katie Turner is seventh with 37 saves while recording a 2.25 GAA with one shutout.
Houston Baptist lost to 4-2 to Stephen F. Austin on Sunday in its latest outing. Rodriguez had both of the Huskies goals while Vancura and Spencer had assists. Turner made three saves.
Houston Baptist has won the four previous meetings between the programs, including a 1-0 overtime win in Houston in 2015.
Sunday's opponent, A&M-Corpus Christi, will be coming off a match at Nicholls on Friday. The Islanders lost 3-1 at home to Sam Houston State last Sunday. Freshman Chayse Bauer had a goal while senior Yvette Franco added an assist. Freshman Tatum Hightower made four saves.
Hightower (eight saves, 3.30 GAA) is one of three keepers the Islanders have used this season, along with junior Jordan Wainwright (38 saves, 5.66 GAA) and freshman Kendall Moody (28 saves, 4.47 GAA). AMCC is tied for second in the Southland with 80 saves.
The Islanders have scored five goals on the season, led by Bauer with two. Bauer also leads the squad with four points. Sophomore Kaitlyn Joy, junior Brooke Erdmann and freshman Shayla Spearman have also scored. Joy, Erdmann, Spearman and Franco have the Islanders' assists.
Southeastern leads the series with AMCC 3-1. The Islanders won the 2015 regular season matchup in Corpus Christi, 2-1, but the Lady Lions came back with a 3-1 win in the opening round of the Southland Tournament.
Southeastern will be at Lamar next Friday at 7 p.m.
