HAMMOND, La. – Riding a nine-game winning streak, Southeastern Louisiana returns to Southland Conference play this weekend at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field.
Southeastern (15-6, 6-0 Southland) hosts Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (9-10, 2-1 Southland), with games slated for Thursday and Friday, both at 6 p.m., and Saturday at 2 p.m.
Thursday will be a Cane's Challenge Night. If the Lions score four runs or more, fans can take their game ticket or student coupon to participating local Raising Cane's to receive a free combo with the purchase of another of equal or greater value by the end of business on Friday.
Friday will be 80's Night with fans encouraged to wear their favorite 1980's garb. On Saturday, Bingo at the Ballpark will give fans an opportunity to win cash and prizes courtesy of Southeastern Athletics.

Southeastern is coming off a 12-8, non-conference victory at Jackson State this past Tuesday.
The Lions have four everyday players hitting .300 or better, including
Jameson Fisher (.479),
Webb Bobo (.347),
Brennan Breaud (.313) and
Daniel Midyett (.307). Fisher also leads the squad with eight home runs and 27 RBIs. Southeastern is hitting .293 as a team with 37 doubles, nine triples, 19 home runs and 38 stolen bases.
Southeastern's pitching staff, which entered the week ranked third in the nation in earned run average, has compiled a 2.38 ERA, fanning 205 batters through 189.1 innings of work. Opponents are hitting .222 off Lion pitching.
Senior left-hander
Kyle Cedotal (3-2, 1.15) draws the starting assignment for the Lions in the opener. He will be opposed Thursday by sophomore right-hander Chris Cooper (1-1, 2.84) for the Islanders.
Friday the Lions will send sophomore right-hander
Mac Sceroler (2-2, 3.13) to the mound opposite A&M-Corpus Christi junior lefty Chris Falwell (1-0, 1.33).
Senior southpaw
Domenick Carlini (2-0, 1.59) draws the starting nod for Southeastern in Saturday's finale against Islander junior right-hander Devin Skapura (1-2, 2.57).
A&M-Corpus Christi's pitching staff has compiled a 4.28 ERA, fanning 131 batters through 164 innings of work. Opponents are hitting .287 off Islander pitching.
Zack Gibson (.393), Casey Thomas (.358), Zacarias Hardy (.338) and Nick Anderson (.310) lead the A&M-Corpus Christi bats. Hardy owns a team-high two home runs and 16 RBIs. The Islanders are hitting .270 as a team with 23 doubles, 10 triples, five home runs and 11 stolen bases.
A&M-Corpus Christi had won four of its last five games before falling, 13-3, this past Tuesday at the No. 2-ranked Aggies of Texas A&M.
Southeastern swept the Islanders in a three-games series during the 2015 regular season in Corpus Christi, Texas, but A&M-Corpus Christi later won both matchups with the Lions in Sugar Land, Texas, at the Southland Conference Tournament.
