Day One Tee Times HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana men's golf team will compete in the Southland Conference Championships, which are scheduled for Monday through Wednesday at the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney, Texas.
The Lions will be teamed with Sam Houston State and McNeese State for Monday's first round and will tee off at 9:45 a.m. The second round is set for Tuesday with the final round scheduled for Wednesday. Live scoring, provided by the Southland, will be accessible at LionSports.net.
Southeastern is one of three Southland teams ranked in the GolfStat national top 100 heading into the tournament. The Lions are No. 50, while Sam Houston State (41) and McNeese State (67) are also among the nation's best.
SLU features three players ranked in the 2014-15 Southland top 10 and four in the league's top 20 currently. Senior

Paul Obermann rounds out the Lion lineup.
Last season in McKinney, SLU finished second in the tournament to Sam Houston State. The Lions' rally fell just short, as SLU shot a tournament-low round of 289 on the final day. Bradley was the Lions' top finisher, tying for fourth place.
Southeastern is looking for its fifth Southland Conference Tournament title, as the Lions won the league championship in 1998, 2000, 2010 and 2013. Southeastern also earned at-large bids to regional play in 2007, 2011 and 2012.
