HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana women's basketball team will open a three-game road swing on Thursday, when it travels to Auburn for a 6 p.m. contest at Auburn Arena.
The game between the Lady Lions (3-3) and the host Tigers (4-2) will be broadcast live in the Hammond area on KSLU-FM (90.9) and on the Internet at LionSports.net, where live stats, provided by host Auburn, will also be accessible.
Southeastern evened its record on Tuesday with a 62-35 victory over William Carey. SLU forced the Lady Saders to shoot 28.0 percent (14-for-50) from the floor. The 35 points were the fewest allowed by Southeastern since an 81-30 victory over UNO in 2011-12.

Symone Miller finished with 18 points, while junior forward
Nanna Pool posted her fourth straight double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds. Senior guard
Elizabeth Styles led SLU with nine assists and four steals, while senior forward
Jameika Hoskins grabbed nine rebounds.
Through six games, Southeastern is averaging 68.8 points per game. Pool leads the team with 17.2 points per game and is joined in double figures by Miller (15.7 ppg). Styles (9.7 ppg), junior guard
Peaches Anderson (8.3 ppg) and Hoskins (7.5 ppg) are the other top scorers. Styles leads the Southland Conference with 7.0 assists per game.
Southeastern is averaging 41.5 rebounds per game and currently has a plus-3.2 rebounding margin. Pool is averaging a double-double with a team-high 10.2 rebounds per contest. Hoskins has chipped in with 8.8 boards per outing.
SLU has allowed 69.7 points and forced 13.8 turnovers per contest. Pool leads the team with seven blocks, while Styles has a team-high 13 steals.
Auburn snapped a two-game losing streak with a 79-53 victory over Marquette on Tuesday. Junior post Tra'Cee Tanner leads the team with 16.5 points per game, followed by sophomore guard Brandy Montgomery (13.0 ppg). Sophomore wing Katie Frerking leads Auburn with 6.3 rebounds per game, while freshman guard Neydja Petithomme has dished out a team-high 3.2 assists per contest.
SLU and Auburn will be meeting for the second time ever. In the 1997-98 season, the Tigers hosted Southeastern and defeated the Lady Lions, 92-55.
Thursday's game will be the first of three straight for Southeastern versus Southeastern Conference competition. On Sunday, SLU will head to Mississippi State for a 2 p.m. contest. The game will be broadcast live in the Hammond area on KSLU-FM (90.9) and on the Internet at
