HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana wraps up a four-game road trip Tuesday as it travels to Louisiana-Lafayette for a mid-week matchup.

Southeastern (20-9) has won the last eight games in the series and is looking for the season sweep of the Ragin' Cajuns after defeating ULL, 6-5, Feb. 22 in Hammond.
The Lions dropped two of three over the weekend at Lamar. Southeastern picked up a 2-1 win Friday in the series opener, but the Cardinals took the final two games, 6-4 and 4-1.
Brock Hebert (.435) continues to lead the Lions in hitting.
Jonathan Pace (.383) and
Cody Gougler (.307) are also in the top three in average. Gougler leads Southeastern with two home runs and 25 RBIs.
Junior left-hander
Buck Bernard (2-0, 2.41) will get the start on the mound for the Lions. Last time out, Bernard fanned a career-high seven batters while picking up the win against Alcorn State. He allowed one run, it was earned, on five hits and a walk in six innings of work.
ULL (13-14) has dropped its last six games. Over the weekend, the Ragin' Cajuns were swept in a three-game Sun Belt Conference series at Florida Atlantic.
Ryan Leonards (.354), Chase Compton (.324) and Tyler Frederick (.318) lead ULL in hitting. Dylan Butler leads the team with six home runs and 29 RBIs.
Southeastern returns home Thursday to host Central Arkansas in a three-game Southland Conference series at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field.
