2024 Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll

2023 [SOPHOMORE]: Appeared in 16 games, all in relief … compiled a 3-3 W-L record and three saves to go along with a 3.86 ERA in 21.0 innings pitched … surrendered just 13 hits and 10 walks, striking out 13 batters … picked up a win and a save in doubleheader sweep at No. 11-ranked Auburn (March 11) … also earned wins against Lafayette (Feb. 19) and Northwestern State (May 18) … locked down saves versus Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (March 25) and UL Lafayette (April 12) … charged with losses against McNeese (April 14), Lamar (April 28) and Nicholls (May 7) … logged 11 scoreless outings … struck out a season-high four batters en route to earning the win at Auburn.  

2022 [FRESHMAN]: Appeared in 12 games, starting five … compiled an 0-3 record with a 9.53 ERA in 28.1 innings of work … allowed 40 hits and 20 walks, striking out 24 batters … opponents hit .331 off the right-hander, including eight home runs … suffered losses against Tulane (March 1), Louisiana Tech (March 9), Southern Miss (April 12) … saved best performance of the season for the Southland Conference Tournament, allowing just one hit over 4.0 innings of work against New Orleans (May 22) as the Lions rallied for an extra-inning victory to advance to the tournament championship series.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball for coach Andy Cannizaro at Holy Cross HS … Perfect Game Top 500 nationally and the No. 8-ranked RHP in the state of Louisiana … battled back from an injury senior year to throw a perfect game against John Curtis HS, striking out 12 batters in 7.0 IP … struck out 30 batters in 21.0 IP as a senior, compiling a 2.00 ERA … earned All-District and All-Academic honors … appeared in eight games during the pandemic-shortened 2020 season, starting five … compiled a 3-2 W-L record and a 1.87 ERA in 30.0 IP, walking six and striking out 31 batters … finished career with 113 strikeouts and 2.51 ERA in 122.0 IP with a 1.18 WHIP.
