2011 Cross Country (Senior): Finished the 8K in 34:29.0 at the LSU Invitational.

2011 Outdoor (Junior): Completed the 800-meter run in 1:59.24 at the NSU Invitational.

2011 Indoor (Junior): Turned in a time of 2:05.44 in the 800-meter run at the Jeff Davis McNeese Indoor II.

2010 Cross Country (Junior): Completed the 5K in 19:36.86 at the Azalea City Classic.

2010 Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran the 800m in 1:58.64 at the LSU Alumni Gold … ran a season-best 4:28.00 in the 1,500-meter run at the Jim Mize Invitational.

2010 Indoor (Sophomore): Turned in a season-best time (5:15.69) in the one-mile run at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic.

2009 Cross Country (Sophomore): Teamed with Kyle Golden to finish 13th at season-opening McNeese State Distance Relay, covering 6000 meters in 19:09 … Scored for the Lions at South Alabama’s Azalea City Classic 5K (18:31.4) … Finished 24th in return trip to Lake Charles for the Cowboy Stampede 5K (18:50.4).

High School: Was a member of the Key Club and MIA … Ran track and cross country…Was a member of the 4X800 meters championship team in 2006 … Was track team captain in 2008.
