2014 Indoor: won fourth place in the 3000-meters at the LSU Twilight with 9:16.12…at the Cowboy Indoor I, he placed seventh in the 3000 meters with 9:45.09.
2013 Cross Country: finishing 29th in the McNeese Cowboy Stampede with a time of (21:23.46)... finished in 6th with a time of 26:52.98 at the Mississippi College Choctaw Open... finished among the top 90 at the 2013 Southland Conference Cross Country Championship (27:42.1)... finished with a time of 34:23.9 at the NCAA South Central Regional.
2013 Outdoor: PRed while winning the men's 3,000-meter run (9:09.00) at the Jaguar Invitational... finished 20th in the men's 10,000-meter run with a time of 34:09.27 at the Southland Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2013 Indoor: placed third (12:08.27) as a part of the men's distance medley team at the McNeese Indoor I... finished 4th in the men's 3,000-meter run (9:12.17) at LSU Twilight
2012 Cross Country: Teamed with Joseph Edwards to complete the MSU Cross Country Relay (6K) in 20:53 … finished ninth at the LSU Invitational (8K) with a time of 27:35.5 … improved on that mark the next two meets with times of 27:14.04 at the Choctaw Open and 26:13.3 at the Southland Conference Championships.
2012 Outdoor: Finished the 1500m run in a time of 4:33.37 seconds at the Jim Mize Invitational ... turned in a time of 9:21.68 seconds in the 3000m run at the Southeastern Lion Invitational … completed the 5000m run in a time of 15:46.35 seconds at the LSU Relays … handled the 10000m run in a time of 33:59.54 seconds at the Louisiana Classics.
2012 Indoor: Turned in a time of 4:59.77 seconds in the Mile run at the McNeese Indoor I … finished the 3000m run in a Southeastern best time of 9:15.76 seconds at the LSU Twilight.
2011 Cross Country: Finished the 6K in 20:45.8 at the Auburn Invitational … ran the 8K in 27:22.7 at the Southland Conference Championship.
2011 Indoor: Turned in times of 9:40.23 in the 3,000-meter run (Jeff Davis McNeese Indoor II) and 17:09.50 in the 5,000-meter run (Houston Indoor Invitational).
2010 Cross Country: Named freshman of the year by Louisiana Sportswriters Association ... 39th place at Southland Conference Cross Country Championships 8K (27:09.6) ... Best finish of rookie season was fourth place at Mississippi College's Choctaw Open four mile (21:24.71) ... Top Southeastern finisher at McNeese State Stampede four mile race, 11th place at 20:26.83 ... Earned first collegiate top 10 finish at LSU Invitational, needing 27:21.30 to cover 8K, good for eighth place ... Grabbed 11th place finish (16:19.51) at South Alabama's Azalea City Classic 5K ...
