Prior to Southeastern:
Prepped at Slidell High School... Previously competed at Centenary College… Was on the track & field, football, and basketball teams at Slidell... Also played on the football team at Centenary… Under Track & Field Head Coach Rhebekah Goulas at Slidell High, he became a district champion in 2023 and 2024, along with becoming a regional qualifier in 2023 and 2024… Birdlow also became an indoor championship qualifier in 2024… At Slidell, he played guard under Coach Krisner Green… At Centenary, he played cornerback and kick returner for the football team under Head Coach Byron Dawson.

Born February 7, 2005 in Slidell, La... Son of Gerard Sr. & Margo Birdlow... Has two siblings – Gerard, Jr., and Jeremiah... Hobbies include community servicing and content creation... Most exciting athletic event he’s witnessed is the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Championship… Majors in engineering technology at SLU.
