Prior to Southeastern:
Prepped at Covington High School... Was on the track & field and volleyball teams at Covington... Became a state champion under the tutelage of Coach Andrew Pennington at Covington High… She played middle blocker for Coach Brennon Cocker in volleyball at Covington… Also competed on the Southeastern Louisiana RoadRunners AAU track and field team, qualifying for the junior olympics… She also team captained for three years in track and field, as well as two years in volleyball… She was an All-District Honorable Mention in volleyball at Covington… She also won the track and field MVP award in each of her four years at Covington High, also becoming a Hall of Fame inductee… Academically, Jenkins earned a 4.4 GPA at Covington.

Born July 8, 2007 in Covington, La... Daughter of Trent & Jennifer Jenkins... Has three siblings – Lillian, Emma, and Magee... Hobbies include jumping, eating, working out, and watching war movies... Biggest sports thrill was setting a new personal record... Most exciting athletic event she’s witnessed was watching LSU defeat Alabama in football in 2022… Majors in supply chain management at SLU.
