Redshirt Junior Season (2024):
Appeared in 31 matches as the Lady Lions' primary libero... Averaged a team-best 3.54 digs per set, ninth-best in the Southland Conference... Was third on the team in service aces with 27 on the season... Added 91 assists throughout the season... Picked up a season-best 25 digs while getting her lone kill of the season against UTRGV (Nov. 9)... Season high in service aces was four, which she did against Louisiana-Lafayette (Sept. 17)... Successfully received 520 of the 534 serves which targeted her... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.

Redshirt Sophomore Season (2023):
Played in 40 sets over 16 matches, all off the bench, for the Lady Lions... Used as a service specialist, she tallied 12 service aces on the season, or 0.3 service aces per set which was the second-highest average on the team... Tallied a season best four service aces against Northwestern State (Oct. 14)... Secured her lone kill of the season against Lamar (Oct. 12)... Collected a season-high 12 digs each in those same matches against NSU & Lamar... Ended the season with a 1.4 dig per set average... Cleanly received 60 of the 64 opposing serves which targeted her... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.

Redshirt Freshman Season (2022):
Appeared in 18 matches, all off the bench for the Lady Lions... Scored seven points on the season, all off of service aces... Had season-high three aces on Sept. 9^th against Stonehill... Tallied an ace in the NCAA National Championship Tournament match on Dec. 2^nd against Minnesota... Had 18 total digs on the year... Successfully received 32 of the 33 opposing serves which targeted her.

Freshman Season (2021):
Redshirted … named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Southeastern:
Member of the volleyball, golf and bowling teams at St. Michael the Archangel H.S. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana … compiled 1,610 career digs and 356 service aces … holds the program single-season record in both digs (581) and aces (118) … earned multiple All-District honors … picked up All-Metro honors as a junior after posting 221 kills and 382 digs … served as team captain for two years … also a member of the spirit club … played club volleyball for Wattle Daub Nation, winning an AAU National Championship.

Born Alexis Gonzalez in Baton Rouge, Louisiana … daughter of Chanis and Maria (Malpica) Gonzalez … mother played collegiate volleyball at SLU (1990-93), ranking third in program history with 3,428 career assists and sixth with 1,066 single-season assists … enjoys playing golf and painting … majoring in sport management at Southeastern.
