Sophomore Season (2023-24):
Started 30 of the 31 games he played in during the season... Averaged 8.7 points & 5.7 rebounds per game... Connected on 50.9% of his shots & 75.2% of his free throw attempts... Credited with 15 blocked shots on the year... Had two points-rebounds double-doubles on the season... Scored season high 20 points vs. Incarnate Word (March 4)... Highest rebound game was 13 vs. Houston Christian (Jan. 29)... Dished out three assists against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (March 2)... Had five games with two blocks... Named Southland Conference All-Academic First Team... Named to Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.

Freshman Season (2022-23):
Started 20 of the 27 contests he appeared in for Southeastern during his freshman campaign... Hit 60.7% of his shot attempts to lead the Lions... Averaged 9.1 points & 5.8 rebounds per game... Had three double-doubles on the season, including a 16-point, 11-rebound performance to close out the regular season against Houston Christian... Scored season-high 18 points twice, against Vanderbilt & Incarnate Word... Grabbed season-high 12 rebounds twice, doing so in back-to-back contests against Houston Christian & Lamar... Averaged 22.3 minutes per contest in his first season in Hammond... Was named to Southland Conference Commissioner's Spring Honor Roll.

Prior to Southeastern:
Prepped at Meridian High School... Named captain of the basketball team in his junior & senior seasons... Earned three different Idaho Player of the Year awards following his senior season where he nearly averaged a double-double, 17.1 points & 9.3 rebounds per game, including Gatorade & MaxPreps... Also named First Team All-5A SIC Conference... Won the 5A Idaho State Championship as a senior, which he named as his biggest sports thrill.

Born January 17, 2003 in Meridian, Idaho... Son of Ryan & Kacie Rowbury... Has a younger sister, Josie... Likes to play video games or go out boating & camping... Most exciting athletic event he's witnessed was a Phoenix Suns/Los Angeles Lakers playoff game.
