HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University baseball team wraps up a four-game road trip Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. against Tulane at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana. The game will air on ESPN+.

Southeastern (8-12) faces a rematch with the Green Wave (13-7-1), who defeated the Lions, 23-1, in Hammond back on March 1. SLU has won eight of the last 10 matchups although Tulane leads the all-time series, 79-41.

Fans in the Hammond area can listen on the flagship station of the Southeastern Sports Radio Network – KSLU 90.9 FM – in addition to online at www.LionSports.net/ListenLive and via both the Lions Gameday Experience, Mixlr and MyTuner Radio apps. The MyTuner app is compatible with the Apple CarPlay software available in most late model automobiles. Fans should search for SLU Athletics (Mixlr) or Southeastern Sports Radio Network (MyTuner).

Other options to follow the action include live statistics or the @LionUpBaseball Twitter account. Links to audio, video and stats are available on the baseball schedule page at www.LionSports.net.

Adam Guth (1-0, 3.09), a freshman left-hander from Lake Charles, Louisiana, takes the ball for SLU opposite Tulane graduate right-hander Carter Robinson (1-2, 3.32).

Following a win over No. 1-ranked Ole Miss at home on March 15, the Lions dropped all three games in a weekend series at Samford.

Tristan Welch (.286),
Preston Faulkner (.268) and
Evan Keller (.243) pace Southeastern at the plate. Faulkner leads the squad with 11 extra-base hits, including four home runs, and 15 RBIs. Keller and
Tyler Finke are tied for tops on the team with eight stolen bases each.
Rhett Rosevear is the national leader in HBPs (13) while SLU ranks third nationally as a team (48).

Southeastern has homered at least once in each of its last five games. The Lions last accomplished the feat, March 31-April 11, 2018, homering in seven consecutive games.

Tulane is coming off an undefeated week following a five-game losing streak. The Green Wave defeated Nicholls, 5-3, this past Wednesday and won the first two games of a weekend series at home against Villanova. Sunday's series finale ended in a 3-3 tie after nine innings because of a travel curfew.

Jackson Linn (.444), Ethan Groff (.403) and Luis Aviles (.273) are Tulane's leading hitters. Groff leads the squad in extra-base hits (15), home runs (3), RBIs (17) and stolen bases (4).
