HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will host the 13th Annual Game Day Gumbo Cook-Off on Saturday, Nov. 2 in conjunction with the Lion football team's 4 p.m. game versus Stephen F. Austin at Strawberry Stadium.
 
There is no cost to enter and all proceeds will benefit the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. To register, visit www.LionSports.net/gumbo. 
 
Prizes for both fan's choice (most money in the voting jar) and judges' choice will be awarded with the winners announced during the game. Voting jars will be provided at 10:30 a.m. with pickup at 2:30 p.m.
