ABILENE, Texas – The Southeastern Louisiana volleyball team dropped a Southland Conference match Saturday at Abilene Christian, 25-15, 25-20, 25-23, at Moody Coliseum.
Southeastern (10-13, 4-5 Southland) dropped its second straight while ACU (6-17, 6-4 Southland) improved to 6-1 at home this season.
Landry Bullock led all players with 14 kills, posting a career-high .483 attack percentage (14 kills, 0 errors, 29 total attempts).
Parrie Hartley added eight kills for Southeastern while freshman
Haley Baker dished out 26 assists. Fellow freshman
Monica Ramon led the Lady Lions with 13 digs.
Jennifer Loerch led the Wildcats with 12 kills. Kendall Bosse and Jacey Smith chipped in nine and eight kills, respectively. Sarah Siemens led all players with 31 assists, recording a double-double with 10 digs. Madison Hoover recorded 19 digs to lead ACU.
Southeastern returns to the University Center for six of its final seven regular season matches. Students are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes to Thursday's 7 p.m. match against in-state rival Nicholls.
