Williams averaged 12.5 points and 12.0 rebounds, leading SLU in scoring and rebounding in both of its Southland Conference victories this week. She tied a career-high with 17 rebounds to go with a team-high nine points in a 48-43 victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi that gave Southeastern sole possession of first place in the league standings. The Brusly, Louisiana native backed that up with a 16-point, seven-rebound showing in a 76-49 win over UIW. In SLU’s best-ever 5-0 start to Southland play, Williams leads the team with 12.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.
